If there is one thing I have learned over the last 20 years is that I am who I surround myself with. "You are who you surround yourself with," my father always said. Especially to my sister, who wore her friend of the day attitude everytime she entered the room. We loved when she came in with the nice friends. If you are not very social and find that you surround yourself with the media then your worse off than you think. You need a detox.
